So right from a well-equipped pharmacy to a clutch of healthy and tasteful eating options at the cafeteria to prayer rooms for the religiously inclined to Wi-Fi that keeps you connected with your world to bracing outdoors for a quick bout of strolling or relaxation, we go out of our way to ensure that your stay at the hospital is comfortable and hassle-free.

In-house Restaurants
Whether it’s a quick bite, a complete meal, calorie-conscious dishes, your favourite cuppa or something on-the-go, the cafeteria at Artemis Hospital - located on the ground floor near the entrance and operational round the clock – offers a wide range of healthy and delicious options. 

Pharmacy
The well-stocked pharmacy at Artemis Hospital offers both prescription medications and vaccines. There are three pharmacies inside the premises of the hospital: Two at the ground floor (near the OPD and Gate Number 2 respectively) are open for everyone, while a third is dedicated solely to In-patients.

Prayer House
Our spirit of holistic care is acutely sensitive to the religious sentiments of our patients and their families. There is a temple at the entrance of the hospital, while our Prayer Rooms – open 24 hours a day – can accommodate a variety of spiritual needs across faiths and backgrounds.  

Telephone Service
At Artemis, each hospital bed is assigned a telephone number at the time of the patient’s admission. An instruction manual is present in the patient’s room. Additionally, we provide our International Patients with local SIM cards which they can use in their mobile phones for easy access and communication during their stay.

Television
Each patient room comes equipped with a TV set and basic television service at no extra cost. Patient education channels are also available for free. Our Guest Relations Executive is always happy to help out in case of any problems or issues with the TV viewing experience. 

Newspapers
Please note: In our effort to promote sustainability, we encourage a paperless environment. You can utilize our Wi-Fi to access digital newspapers or stay connected with the latest news during your stay.

Wireless Internet Access
We provide Wi-Fi in our patients’ rooms that can be accessed by the general public as well. 

Garden & Outdoor Space
Serene, aesthetic and perfect for a bout of relaxation, the hospital’s gardens and outdoor spaces provide a sense of space and calm for visitors and families of patients. There are several spots of ‘tourist attraction’ nearby as well, that make for a pleasant ‘day-out’ sight-seeing and unwinding.
