With a view to helping patients and their families track status and access documents anytime with minimum fuss, Artemis Hospital has employed a hi-tech Record Management System. Every medical record – such a patient’s medical history, pathology, radiology, lab reports and operative reports of treatments and medical services - is meticulously collated and organized, and patients can view or access them whenever they want via the ‘PatientPortal’ section on the hospital’s website. All you need to do is place a request on ‘PatientPortal’ by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Fill in the GN ID or ‘Unique Patient Number’ provided by Artemis on your mobile phone at the time of registry. 

Step 2: Fill in the password sent to you.

To obtain copies of radiology images or films, please contact:
Diagnostics and Billing (Artemis Hospitals Sector 51, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001.)

In case of a minor or those unable to give consent, the signature of a parent, guardian or other legal representative is required.
