Brief Profile:
Ex-Major, Army Medical Corps, Indian Armed Forces, with varied exposure
to Emergency Medical Services in peace and disaster situation. I am proud to
have had the opportunity to serve the nation along with the forward troops in
J&K during the Kargil war in 1999. In the aftermath of the disastrous
earthquake in Bhuj, Gujarat, on 26th Jan 2001, I was fortunate to be deployed
in Ratnal village to provide medical support to the earthquake victims, as a
member of the medical team from Army Medical Corps.
I was the Head of Emergency Services and Urgent Care, Moolchand Hospital
, a multispecialty hospital in South Delhi from 2007 to 2012, a JCI and
NABH accredited hospital.
I have done a certificate course in NABH standards and participated in
Internal Counselar Program on NABH standards conducted by Quality Council of
India.
I am a certified American Heart Association Instructor for
BLS and ACLS.
I am certified provider for PALS and ATLS.
I am motivated towards Emergency Medicine, and dedicated towards
its practice and awareness amongst the public. I want to put my best efforts
for safe practices in Emergency medical care.
Clinical Focus:
To provide emergency medical care in
peace and disaster conditions to save life and limb of humans.
