Brief Profile:
He passed his MBBS examination in August 2001 with 14 gold medals in
all, and DNB (General Surgery) in 2006. He joined Medanta, the Medicity,
Gurgaon as a DNB (Neurosurgery) trainee in January 2014 where he was exposed to
cutting edge state-of-the-art technology and cleared his Diplomate of National
Board in Neurosurgery in December 2016.
He then joined Artemis Hospital,
Gurgaon in Feb 2017 as Associate Consultant in Department of Neurosurgery. He
presently works as a Consultant in Department of Neurosurgery at Artemis Agrim
Institute of Neurosciences. He works
with a dedicated team doing almost all complex Cranial and Spinal cases
(clientele includes a significant number of international patients as well).
Dr
Srivastava has deep interest in Stereotactic, Functional Neurosurgery and
Neuromodulation. He also underwent an advanced fellowship in the Department of
Neurosurgery, University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) under esteemed Dr (Prof)
Konstantin Slavin in October-November 2018.
He is pursuing his interest and already making sincere efforts in that
direction.
Deep Brain Stimulation, Epilepsy Surgery, Minimially Invasive and
Complex Spine Surgery, Intrathecal pumps, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery are
being regularly done by his team. He has personally done 2 cases of Spinal Cord
Stimulation independently.
He wishes to develop a dedicated centre for Neuromodualtion
as a subunit and help in establishing it as a subspecialty in Neurosurgery.

-Fourteen Gold Medals in MBBS from M.L.B. Medical College, Jhansi, India for securing highest marks in

-Two Governor’s Gold Medals from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India for being the Topper
throughout MBBS and overall in the University.
-University Bronze Medal from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India for securing 66.87% marks in MBBS.
