Artemis Hospital provides telephone and television services in all patient rooms, in addition to the other ways for patients and visitors to stay connected, while at the hospital.

Telephone Service

Every hospital bed has its own telephone number, which patients receive upon admission to the hospital. Instructions for using the hospital telephones can be found in the patient’s room.We provide our International patients with local SIM cards which they can use in their Mobile Phones for easy access and communication, during their stay.

Television

Every patient’s room is equipped with a television and basic television service at no extra cost. The patient education channels are also available at no cost. If you are experiencing problems with your TV, inform your guest relations executive.

Newspapers

Prominent Newspapers like Hindustan Times and Hindustan are provided to the patient rooms, on request.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless Internet access is available for public use in the patient’s room. 

Guest Relations Executive

A guest relations executive accompanies every patient and their family, right from admission to discharge to guarantee the comfort, safety and satisfaction of the patients. She will assist to provide the patients a smooth stay in the hospital. If problems or concerns regarding accommodations or service arise, she will address and resolve them on hospital’s behalf.
